Are you looking to get involved in the arts? The Norwich Arts Council is getting ready for its 2010-2011 Season and we'd love for you to join us! Since 1987, NAC has been a local mecca for artists, performers, and fans of culture in the city of Norwich and in the region. And we are gearing up for another exciting year of concerts, art exhibits, and other creative happenings. Find out more about us and how you can get involved.
We also like to bring creative individuals and arts organizations together. So watch for our Art After Hours and other networking events brought to you by our Local Arts Agency office.

NCC presents: Winter's Bone
Saturday, September 11 at 7:30 PM
The Norwich Community Cinema will be screening this 2010 Sundance Grand Jury Prize winner, the story of a girl who sets out to track her father after he puts their house up for his bail and disappears.
Also this September, the NCC brings Wonka-vision to Norwich.
NAC Band Rehearsals
start Thursday, September 16 at 7 PM
Rehearsals for the 2010/2011 season begin on Thursday, September 16, from 7 to 8:45 PM.
Shred Sled Symposium
Opening Reception: September 10 from 7-9 PM
In this exhibit of artists from Worship Skateboards, the skateboard acts as canvass reflecting the personal vision and artistic aesthetic of a sub-culture. Also, the premier of Worship's first full-length film premiers in the Donald L. Oat Theater. Read more »

Fiber Art Invitational
Opening Reception: October 3 from 6-8 PM
Fiber art and textiles in every fantastic form. Four artists who specialize in fiber art have been invited to exhibit their work in the NAC Gallery. More info coming soon.
